GARMIN INSTINCT 2 SOLAR steps are synchronized, but activities won't synchronize

Garmin INSTINCT 2 SOLAR ;

On Garmin Connect Android , steps are always synchronized, but activities won't synchronized,

at the beginning new watch & new installed, 3 activities (2 cycling nd 1 multi sport) were synchronized without any problem, then suddenly won't synchronized.

Tried to unpair then re-pair , didn't work

Tried to uninstall Garmin Connect then re-installed; still didn't work
