Audio alert read in English

Good morning, for some time now messages during bike rides have been read in English. The Garmin Connect app, however, is in Italian and all the information in the app is in Italian but is read with an English pronunciation

I have exactly the same problem but with Romanian. Everything is in Romanian, but it is read in English.

Any solution for this?

My phone is a Samsung with Android 14.

I think it's using the android text to speech engine. Is the phone set to English by chance?

Mine no, it is in Romanian. I've installed also TTS for Romanian and no change.

Then try to set the "Dialect" to another language and then back to Romanian. It should be somewhere in the audio prompt settings on the device or in GC

It's a known issue, be happy that at least you recognize (and probably understand) the language. For me it's an unrecognized language. It happens to me only when I have a Bluetooth headphone connected to the watch and it doesn't happen when I run with the phone and listen via the phone

Fixed, go to Samsung TTS from text to speech
and set the desired language
