Transferring a GPS track from All Trails to Garmin app on Android.

I am trying to transfer an All Trails track to my Garmin app with my android phone. When I do it on my ipad and pc there are the three dots with the drop down to select `send to Garmin’ and it works perfectly fine. On my phone the three dots and options don’t even exist. I just can’t find a way, and yes, everything is synced and all permissions are in place.  I just can’t find send to Garmin on my phone.  Thanks.

    Is the question how you import the course to Garmin connect or how to send the course from Garmin connect to your device?

    For importing a course to Garmin connect, you open the gpx file from your preferred file browser and choose to open it with the Garmin connect app.

    Hi and thanks for your reply.  The question is about transferring a GPX file from the All Trails app and/or website (I've tried doing it from both) to my phone.  On my ipad and pc I can go into All Trails and get the following option to 'send to Garmin' on my android phone the layout is different and there is no option like this one.....

    Yes, thanks.  I actually have worked out why it is not working.  When I access the website and also have the All Trails app installed, I can't download a gpx file but when I delete the All Trails app, and try to download a gpx track from the website it works.  This is even when I don't have the All Trails app. opened, all apps are closed.  Anyway, I have deleted the All Trails app and the All Trails website works perfectly fine.  Thanks for your time.
