Change date on my vivo5

My phone froze. I reset it, but it changed the time. How do I fix it?

vivosmart 5 or vivoactive 5?

It should sync the correct date and time whenever you sync the watch with your mobile device using Garmin Connect or Garmin Express. If not, you can set the date and time manually on the vivoactive 5 - vívoactive 5 - Setting the Time Manually

The vivosmart 5 does not have manual time setting. Only syncing with the Garmin Connect app or the Garmin Express software program will update the date and time.
