I set up sleep time on garmin connect app but it don't sync this setting to my instinct 2 watch.

I set up sleep time on garmin connect app but it don't sync this setting to my instinct 2 watch. Then i set up sleep time on watch it sent this setting to garmin app. Is this bug ?
