Can not connect my Garmin app with new bike app Cannodale?

Garmin Connect can't log any activities. You need to connect the wheel sensor to a Garmin device that can log activities.

Thanks for fast answer! tho its so annoying that i cant connect it in same way as Strava, it even shows in menu and starts setup and then locksup, tried to connect wheelsensor 3 times today and everytime something diffrent wnt wrong and it wont work, just now it some how switched the sensor to become my watch....hate this tbh

It is pointless to connect it to Garmin Connect since Garmin Connect can't log any activities. Strava can log activities and that is why you can add sensors to it.

Garmin Speed Sensor 2 can log activities in Garmin Connect, but it is usually not you want to do. It will start and stop activities every time you spin the wheel.

Oh dear, why oh why  should it be so hard...im just a regular work commuter that wanted to get some data to see improvements and now i tried everything beside the garmin sensor you speek about, i agree that if it starts every time i move the bike can be abit annoying, time to give up maybe (tried Strava app also even tho i dident use it only have account, so much text to read that i gave up, thans for help tho!!

If you have a Garmin device, connect your sensor or bike to it, not to Garmin Connect. If you have no Garmin device, then I see no point in trying to use Garmin Connect, since it is an app for Garmin products, not a general sports app.

Hmm clearly you are way more knowledable then me on this, dident think i could add a device (my is Garmin Epix pro gen 2) and i did add it SPD and some numbers, does that work when i start a bike trip it uses sensor?

Will try it out tomorrow, tnx alot for the advice and help!
