Garmin sleep average stress too much difference Fenix 7s

Hello, I notice quite often that sleep stress average i far higher than the overall average ... I see the explanation of different averaging intervals by 3 mins but I dont think that is the issue here :

Anyone with fenix 7 having this issue ?

I checked mine, both on the Android as well as on the iOS app, and the values in my case (using Instinct 2) seemed credible. To be sure I waited till the morning and checked it again then, because the values from the Sleep and from the Stress widgets should be more or less identical after waking up, if you go to sleep around midnight. I thought there could be perhaps a bug averaging the partial Stress data over the full day, which could indeed lead to the problem you describe. But the averages are the same right after waking up, so it is not the case for me. Garmin Connect Web shows the same data.

Perhaps you should ask on the Fenix 7 forum, to see whether it is not a problem specific for that model line.
