Quatix 7 and sleep recording

Hello everyone.
I have had the Quatix for a month; for the past 3 days, it no longer records sleep (I haven't changed any settings).
I followed the whole guide "Answered Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide" but I can't solve it.

Can anyone help me?

This was the fourth night that she did not log sleep.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Is the HR sensor on during the night? If not, check the Battery Saver settings

HR sensor is active, and battery is not set to save. Only "do not disturb" is active, but it has been active since I got the watch... the problem that it no longer records sleep has been happening for 4 days.

Does it record the HR during sleep? Does the watch self show some sleep data? Did you try restarting or resetting the watch?

Yes

I just did a hard reset... tonight I'll check if it still works.

Resetting the Watch everything started working again, confirming that it was a software problem (although I would have liked to understand what it was).

After the reset the problem returned; I have learned from other groups/members that it is not an isolated problem. I hope Garmin fixes it soon.
