So finally, on IOS you can send a location like to any other app, so the watch will navigate to it.
When is this feature coming to android?
As I do geocaching, this is the most wanted feature by for 3 years now.

For now, you can use this Connect IQ app to send waypoint and routes to the watch:
How do you do that using iqmapreceiver? When I share a location from Google maps or Locus Map to this app, the app launches but no waypoint is created that I could send to the watch
I've only used it to send routes from Locus to watch. It seems I cannot get direct sharing of points to work either, saving a point in Locus to a gpx file and then importing it into the IQ receiver app seems to work, but is cumbersome. Maybe the only option is to contact the developer.
