My recovery heart rate always shows as 5 after an activity,even if my manual recovery heart rate is different, (18 to 22)
Did you wait 2 minutes after the end of the activity, before saving it?
Yes. There is another post with the same issue. The auto recovery heart rate sems very arbitrarily , and in my case always 5.
After you pressed stop there should be a menu option for viewing the countdown and recovery heart rate. Have you checked with that?
