1. Over the last few days I've noticed that the training status on my android app is really slow to update.
2. Today I did a 60mile ride recorded on my edge 1040 which uploaded fine to Garmin Connect and then into Strava, primary benefit according to the ride info was vo2. Recovery advisor on FR 965 post sync told me to rest for 95 hrs but training status numbers on the GC app have not changed at all.
What gives?

And from this screen the training load just hasn't increased...today's ride effort hasn't been reflected, it just shows a further decrease. It makes the Garmin metrics unreliable if they're not reflecting my proper training efforts.
Yes...you're right...although I don't fully understand why it says I'm still peaking as I was pretty wiped from yesterday's ride...it was a hard effort..I can see under 'exercise load' that a load from yesterday's ride was recorded..as per below. Thanks for your reply
