I don't see that it would be a useful value. How are you going to use it?
If you do several hours of training the average HR will be higher, without any training it will be lower. It doesn't say much…
The heart rate is not particularly accurate and the values you see are the 2 minute averages. All highs and lows during that time are missing.

This function is presented in other programs for smart watches. Zepp for example.
For a correct average, the measurement should be taken every second. Does Zepp measure every second, and does Zepp output THIS average? I am not aware that Zepp outputs a measurement every second.
