How do I adjust settings for real frequency zone?

I'm pretty sure my device is not tracking the correct frequency zones when I'm training because it tells me I'm training in zone 4 or 5 which I think it's incorrect since my peace it's been around 13-14

How do can I adjust settings?  I can't find it anywhere Tired face

  • When you write about 'frequency', I assume you mean the heart rate, or do you mean the running cadence? And I am not quite sure what you mean by 'peace'. Perhaps the pace? Is so, then do you really mean the pace of 13-14 minutes per kilometer? Or per mile? Or do you mean the speed (13 km/h)?

However, the best is looking at the heart rate graph - you will see whether it shows credible heart rate. If not, then have a look at the document  Garmin Watch Optical Heart Rate Accuracy Tips | Garmin Customer Support. However, for any serious training, I highly recommend using a chest strap HRM.
