Night worker sleep schedule

Any night worker here? I find it pretty hard to adjust my sleep schedule. If I switch my sleep time for 10am to 6pm for thursday to friday night, it only mark friday on the schedule but the sleep mode start on thursday, unless I switch that just before going to sleep, pretty weird.

I saw on Reddit that some people put the time sleep for 11:59pm to 12:01am and they just activate the sleep mode when they go to sleep but other people said that it just making thing worst. I wrote to GARMIN but it doesn't look like they have a good solution.

Anyone here find a way around that? I know that Garmin watch are made made for sport and not sleep analysis but I'm frustrated that my old FitBit (wich cost me 3x less money) had a better sleep tracking, especialy the fact that body battery relie alot on sleep.

They really should give us the abilitie to remove the sleep schedule and let us put in sleep mode to notify the watch we are going to bed.
