My elevation gains/losses are no longer being tracked. Every activity shows as "0" . How can I fix this? Thank you!
What does the altimeter show, when you check it? Try calibrating it and then watch whether the elevation changes as you move for example up the stairs. If not, clean the sensor port:

If it does not help, you can try restarting or resetting the watch.
