Performance stats stagnant

For the last 5 months my workouts have increased in duration and variety. Mileage running has decreased but mileage biking has increased, as have gym workouts and time spent in the weight room. FTP on the bike has gone up 25-30% and weights lifted ~35% in that time frame.

Basically, I've increased my workload and the data in Strava and Sport tracks reflect this (pics attached). Garmin does not. In Connect I've been "maintaining" since well before January. My VO2max - at an all-time low for me then at 44 remains at.... 44. It would be deflating except I'm feeling good.  Is anyone else stuck in Garmin's VO2 purgatory or know why Strava and Sport tracks, who get the data from Garmin, seem to get it right when Garmin does not?

Thanks for any insights.
