My speed workouts provide by the Garmin Coaching as me doing a warm-up than the next step is "Other" Lap Button Press. What does that mean? What am i supposed to do?
My speed workouts provide by the Garmin Coaching as me doing a warm-up than the next step is "Other" Lap Button Press. What does that mean? What am i supposed to do?
It means that after the warmup, you should move to the first actual workout step by pressing the lap button (bottom right) when convenient. It allows you to choose when you start (so that you don't have to start just before traffic lights, r you can continue the warmup until you arrive to the running track, etc.).
