Hello everyone,
I am experiencing a few issues with my Garmin Instinct watch and was hoping to get some advice from the community. Here are the problems I'm facing:
- I am unable to sync my watch with my smartphone. The only way I can sync it is through Garmin Express on my computer.
- Each time I connect the watch to my computer and sync, there is always an installation prompt on the watch that needs to be installed.
- I tried connecting the watch to the Garmin Connect App on iOS, but it failed to connect as well.
- I still have time left on my warranty with the store, so I could potentially exchange it.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues with their Garmin Instinct? If needed, I can provide the serial number of my device for further assistance.
