Weekly rankings no longer work

The 'weekly rankings' no longer work via the app for a few weeks now. I can still request this via the browser, but if I go there in the app (Android), it crashes and I return to 'challenges'.

Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

Seems to be a bug currently in the android app. Similar issue related to challenges mentioned here - Since the App was updated I can no longer opt out of a weekly challenge

Suggest reporting this to Garmin Support - https://support.garmin.com

As above when I go into the challenges leaderboard with other users that I'm following it just never displays steps or running distance. It just crashes back to the main page. I can see my challenges and click on then but this has been an issue since the beta release and is still happening now.
