My vivomove style can't pairing with the connect app

My vivomove style can't pairing with the connect app. I've tried the following:

    Unpairing my vivomove style in bluetooth settings and in the connect app.
    Clearing the data under the bluetooth settings in system apps.
    Resetting my vivomove style.
    Restarting my phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9)
    Uninstslling and reinstalling the connect app.

Seems to be the correct troubleshooting steps. Although, just make sure after you unpair in BT settings, only pair using the app, as mentioned in the support video.
