  • Can you describe your problem in more detail? It has worked for me so far.

  • for example; today I should have 875+ active calories but, I only have 822. I did a cardio workout that burned 310 calories then I played basketball for 95 minutes and that burned 865 calories but it's not adding them in the system properly( this does not include my calories from steps or anything like that).

  • Are you sure you burned 310 and 855 Active Calories during the activities? Have a look at the detailed stats. They show exactly how many Active and how many Resting Calories were burned during the respective activity.

  • yes thank you, just checked I burned 875 ACTIVE calories.

  • just checked I burned 875 ACTIVE calories.

Yes, you wrote that already, but that's the value for the day. The question was how many Active Calories you burned in the individual activities. The total value burned during an activity has always two components: Active and Resting Calories (the RMR is being  burned all day long, even during activities).

I bet you were looking at the Total Calories burned during the activities. As I wrote, you have to look at the detailed stats of the activities, to see the active, resting, and total values.

  • no I was looking at ACTIVE. calories like I said, and yes it was for each individual activity Rolling eyes

  • no I was looking at ACTIVE.

No, you are showing the "total calories" for the activity. Trux has already described it.

Have a look at the detailed stats. They show exactly how many Active and how many Resting Calories were burned during the respective activity.

Not all calories during an activity are active calories.

The total calories (this is what your screenshots show) also include the resting calories that the body has also burned during this activity (BMR). These calories are ALWAYS burned. These are the calories that the body burns to maintain vital functions.

To get a breakdown of how many active calories you have burned, you need to look at the "Statistics" tab.

  • It should look like this

  • What does your Connect WEB page look like? Do you have a breakdown there ? What kind of watch do you have ? Is it connected to several accounts?
