Bug report - GCM Android - v5.0

Is anyone aware where would be the proper channel to report a bug on GCM app? I've reported a bug on the Hydration glance since beta, back in February but to this day the issue remains.
I've created a printscreen showing the discrepancy between the web and android app for example:

For a more immediate response, go to Garmin Support Center choose the chat or call option, which may not be available depending on your location and time of day. The phone number to call is also going to depend on your location as well. Where are you located?
