How can Garmin treat their clients like this?

I have been using garmin for over 10 years but I will have to change provider now. I was very satisfied with the interface of my Fenix 6. Then garmin decided for me that I suddenly wasn't.  It should look completely different because they thought it was sooo much better.  The problem was that it wasn't so much better for me. Their client. 

If you treat clients like that,  I don't want to be one.

You don't tell your clients what they need. You listen to what they say they need. 

Well,  at least I get the opportunity to look into all sport watches available on the market. It's really exciting.  You should try it too.

  • I absolutely feel the same. I can't unterstand how a company can shock their loyal customers like this. And it is absolutely appalling how they don't listen to their customer's feedback.
