Android Mobile App upgrade failures and fix ideas

Does Garmin have any software testing or quality evaluation before application upgrade launches? If this kind of version has been released on the app market, it must be considered as an accident.

So, this is the view when opening the app, which is using 70 percent of the screen for the shake of telling that there are no recorded steps for today. Could you kindly add possibility to customize these sections so that this nonsense information can be removed from the screen wholly, or to appear only if there are some steps recorded? In general, there are tens of good ways to visualize step progres during the day using very compact visualizations. It's somewhat acceptable if this is bottom of the home screen, but not the first thing in the screen when opening the app.

Lower section on the screen indicates ongoing training plans/programs. Actually, I have an active ongoing running program but it does not appear in this section. Why? Okay, this widget can be removed from the settings, but better if my running program could be visible here.

Thirdly, could you bring back training calendar to the static tab menu in the bottom of the screen? Better if updated calendar style. The old one is very unpleasant and ugly. Not very informative.

Lastly, I am really waiting for when you bring monthly, yearly, and total reports into mobile applications somewhere in this menu:

Thank you for considering these. I am one of the very frustrated Garmin fans with this latest provocative mobile app upgrade.
