GC v5.0 "Activities & Apps" Extra & Not Relevant Data Fields Issue

I have noticed extra and not relevant data fields in the " Activities and Apps" when compared to  GC v4.77.1, these are a sample of examples.

Is reporting here adequate or is there another place I should report to?
