If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
There is no file to import. The activity was recorded by my watch but has not transferred to the app. I've synced the app with the watch several times and it doesn't come up.
Are you seeing the activity on your watch? If so, it should exist in some form on the watch. You should see some files when you connect your watch to a computer and browse to the folder \GARMIN\Activity
I have an Epix (Gen 2) so for me it is "\EPIX\Internal Storage\GARMIN\Activity."
If it's not there for you, you might also check the folder \GARMIN\TMP
If the activity has somehow been deleted, there is a possibility to recover it, as mentioned in this thread - how do I get my activity back if I delete it?
