Vivosmart don't get notification on S24 ultra

I switched smartphones and I have a Samsung S24 Ultra. The vivosmart 4 connects without problems and the app seems to work well (if I do an activity I find it in the app). The problem is that the bracelet does not receive any notifications. It does not receive notifications from calls or any other app. Obviously I checked on S24 that all permissions are there. I also compared the permissions with my brother's phone which has a Fenix 5 that works without problems.

Anyone else have the same problems as me? Basically I don't receive notifications... I used the smartband to have incoming calls and it's a problem not having them anymore.
