Their facebook page is the first public acknowledgement that they're getting bad feedback...baby steps i guess.
Based on the postings, i feel they really thought this would be a hit out of the park, and the "grumblers" would quiet up and get over it

Ironically the same home page is on the Connect website now, and it's less customizable, but according to the defenders, that's actually a good thing (for Garmin).
Garmin can do whatever they want, but nobody can force anyone to like it.
