The overwhelming bad reviews in the Google Play store are making a dent, though we can do better; its dropped 0.1 to 4.4 so far. While seemingly tiny, it is based on a total of nearly 1 million existing reviews!
Based on what all the beta testers have been saying, the App Dept hasn't been listening much, but hopefully something public like their reviews will get corporate to pay attention to the damage being incurred to their brand
