Hi there, ever since I got my Phoenix 7 last Black Friday, I had an awful user experience with navigation.
To start is the web route planner which is really bad on creating a route, it is confusing and more often than not it will make a mess on routes.
But the most frustrating is the watch itself. I'd say that almost half of thr time when I'm riding my bike the watch simply exit the route, I then find myself on this spot where I lost all tracked activity and the route planning seems to be unable to resume from a point, it insists on me going back all the way to the start. This is my first question is there a way to resume a route mid journey? I could not find a way to do so.
Next issue I found is that sometimes I need to make a detour for any reason, the route never adapts, instead it keeps trying to re route me to the last point, is there a way to have it to not be so strict?
I'm hoping this is just me being a new user and not the watch being such a mess when it cones to basic user functions.
