The new Garmin Connect home screen is totally unsuitable for a phone display.
Garmin's new app layout reminds me of the old Windows Phone UI with its giant tiles to display as little information as possible while wasting as much screen space as possible. To get to the info you wanted on Windows Phone you had to scroll in all directions 'till your thumb fell off.
Never heard of Windows Phone? That proves my point. Microsoft's attempt at making a phone doesn't exist anymore, 'cos it was no match for Android or iPhone.
Could be the future of Garmin if they don't learn from Microsoft's failure of a smartphone user interface.
