Will Garmin actually listen to our complaints?

I happily agreed to be a part of the Beta program of the new Connect, and I have hated every single second of it. As a HUGE fan of Garmin, I have invested in a number of watches over the year because I have loved them all so much. But, as silly as it sounds, I may leave Garmin if Connect doesn't improve. 

Where are my goals? Where is the data I ACTUALLY cared about before? 

New isn't always better, and I've yet to see anyone say that this is an improvement. But does anyone think Garmin is going to listen to us and fix it? For some reason, I doubt it.

  • Absolutely horrendous and impractical. Also with bugs in editing At a Glance. They better fix it before I replace this watch as Garmin will lose a massive life-long supporter.

  • I agree entirely, this is a roadcrash and I don't understand how anyone who actively uses garmin kit and cycles or runs could have been involved in the development of what has been delivered and thought they could get away with it. As a real Garmin fanboy, 30 years of use of garmin kit, this is embarassing and totally unacceptable.
