Garmin Coach consistently contradicts my Forerunner 265 watch ''Training Readiness. For example today Garmi g Coack has schedule an easy run where as the watches 'Taining Readiness' is Status: Poor' and Feedback is 'Time to recharge' . Thd same happened last week Garmi. Coach Scheduled 7 x Repeats. Watch advised Training Readiness: Status Poor. and Feedback. Time to recharge
This makes thd Garmin Coach useless or if I disregarded the Training Readiness advice j would get burnout!
