How do I get rid of notifications

On your watch?

Depends on the model of watch that you have, but on current Garmin watches - Menu > Notifications & Allerts > Smart Notifications > Status = Off

In the app go to More > Settings > Notifications > Email Notifications > toggle off Allow Email Notifications
