New Garmin connect mobile updated home page is awful

I cannot believe how bad the new Garmin connect home page is. Why remove the ease of viewing my day with one glance of the app?. Now have to scroll through the page to see all the info that was contained in my day section. On top of that, the user has no ability to bring back the old display or edit it to something similar. This new update is so annoying I suspect my next smart watch won't be a Garmin.

If this home page stays as is, I will no longer be a Garmin user for ANY of their products.

Update to moderator. Nothing in my original post was "uncivil". Why do you keep censoring my comments?

Couldn't agree more. And then to top it off the proudly say you can't have it the way you want. It is Garmin way or the highway

Totally agree, the new homepage is no use whatsoever, all the relevant metrics are now buried several screens deep, time to ditch garmin?

I was beta testing the new layout, but switched back to the old layout. The new version is way to static and does not meet my demands for reading data on my phone. I used to use my phone to read out data while sporting and was able to do without glasses. The current widgets are too small and I cannot read the data without wearing reading glasses. How about making a feature to adjust the sizes of the widgets? This is 2024!

Thanks for this. Only came on here to see if there was a way of doing this, so glad there is and people feel the same as me. It's hideous, isn't if? Just a quick question - if I do this now, will I lose all my data for the past month?

Agreed, please Garmin, focus on reliability of your products not how they look.

The new one is such a bad user experience

What a complete waste of someone's time, resources and money.

Please bring back the previous version which was perfectly suited to the task.

I also agree, This is my 1st time here and I only come here to try and find a way to reverse it, it's actually so bad I'm selling my garmin , they should give us the option to revert back and not just be stuck with it! I agree with Max and whoever gave the green light on this to be final should be fired because it's no where near as good/useful/easy to understand as the old version it has less than half the available information and it takes even longer to actually see what I want now! I'm going to ebay and if I have a 80% off fees I'm selling this forerunner so we'll done garmin!

No but at least is something as the pathetic update is fixed on the phone at least. Also what you can also do is report the app too google.(click on the 3 dots, mark as inappropriate , other objection) explain why.. Google will soon have too look at the app and FEEDBACK, Thus hopefully they step in and have a word with Garmin

The new home page is awful. You have to hunt for all the Intel, and the font is so small I cannot read it. No thought to accessibility for people with vision issues :-(

I completely agree. It's actually less user friendly. It also used to show intensity minutes. Now that's gone.
