How can I return to the old interface?

Garmin connect has a new look now and I hate it! How do I go back to the old one?

    At this point, you would need to reinstall the app from an APK site as mentioned here -

    APKMirror has 4.77.1 - works for me go the old  app back fine - switch off auto update on the watch though

    The new interface is a downgrade.  I hate it.

    I'm not even sure this the result of 'enshitification', I think it's just woefully bad incompetence.

    Either way, the new interface is trash and I regret installing the new downgrade. I'm very unhappy.

    Hopefully they read these forums.
