Latest software update has stopped all communication vivosmart 4

Last week installed the latest software update. Now the device can no longer obtain a GPS signal from my mobile phone. And Garmin Express can no longer find the vivosmart 4 even though the device is plugged into the USB port. However Garmin Express can still find the Garmin Edge 530.

Help please!

There are 3 VS4 in my household/family and all are working fine wiith GE and getting GPS from phones.

I did have a problem early this week with the Edge 500 and GE and a day later it was fine again, don't know why though and the activity finally uploaded.

Interesting observation. Finally got it to connect but had to wait MUCH longer than usual (more than 10 minutes).

Is this the offiical Garmin forum? Why is nobody offering any assistance? The problem is still present as I can no longer get a GPS signal from my phone! Not happy.
