Latest software update has stopped all communication vivosmart 4

Last week installed the latest software update. Now the device can no longer obtain a GPS signal from my mobile phone. And Garmin Express can no longer find the vivosmart 4 even though the device is plugged into the USB port. However Garmin Express can still find the Garmin Edge 530.

Help please!
