Last Sunday, I noticed strange HR zones after my run, Zone 3 was around what Zone 2 had used to be. I have my HR zones set up by the %LTHR, it'd been there like that all the time, but I reset them anyway.
I ran today and I could see on my watch that the current zone was higher. According the zones above, the zones should the (around):
Z5 169 <
Z4 160 - 168
Z3 150 - 159
Z2 135 - 149
Z1 110 - 134

Friend of mine told me to try to set up a Sport specific HRs, but the list is empty and I can't add nothing.
