Weekly Report Auto Disabling

Anybody know why the app weekly or monthly report settings dont stay enabled? Every time I turn them on, navigate away and then navigate back they always return as disabled. I've been using a Garmin Forerunner 55 with Garmin Connect from April 2, 2024 with my Galaxy S23 Ultra running Android v14. Problem has been consistent since day 1.

Interesting. Mine are enabled. If I disable them, then back all the way out, then go back to email notifications, they are still enabled.

Ok, good idea but my behavior is different.

After enabling they only stay enabled if I go back one step to notifications.

Anything else resets them to disabled......meaning going up one more level, restarting app, restarting phone.

No workaround identified yet

You're right. I couldn't get mine to stick either. I checked the other notifications. They seem to be OK. It's just the weekly and monthly fitness reports. Should be reported to Garmin Product Support

Try using Garmin Connect Web as a workaround: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/messages

Going through web page works! Now I just have to wait to see if the weekly/monthly email comes through.
