edit training effect / training load

Yesterday I did something stupid:

- Fenix 6s pro in flight mode

- wear HRM pro plus

- took off the watch and started training

- After 2 hours of (overloaded) training I was surprised that no HR data was recorded at all...

Since I've only been training carefully again for about 6 weeks after being ill a lot, it's quite important for me to track everything with the training effect / training load so that I can take a break accordingly after an overload like yesterday (2 hours of beach volleyball instead of the usual walking)... However, without the HR data, the training effect is of course 0.

Hence the question: is there any way to edit this (in case of doubt 5.0 aerobic and anaerobic) so that it can be edited in the training effect or especially the training load?

I have tried so far:

- record manual training session with calories, average and maximum heart rate and km run --> no effect

- Move training session from last year to yesterday's date --> is taken into account in exercise load, but not in training load

- connect.garmin.com/.../activities --> I can only change the name and training type there

- I have written to support (they may respond next week)

Do you have any ideas?
