What is STRAVA

I've used my Garmin 735XT for several years. My Activity is Hiking. All this time the display shows elapse Time and Distance. Now, it shows STRAVA Relative effort. I don't know what that means exactly, but I know it means nothing to me.

How do get back to Time and Distance?

STRAVA Relative effort is a data field you've added from Connect IQ. Uninstall it if you don't want it.

Thx, Andy. Still confused though. Do you mean Uninstall STRAVA? From the phone or the watch? How exactly would I do that?

Just the data field from the watch. You have installed it from Connect IQ.

I think I got it, Andy! I did it by working on my desktop. I asked it to connect to "local devices", apparently meaning Garmin devices, and Uninstalled STRAVA. That left me with 2 Time fields on the watch display, so I asked it to remove the 2nd one, then asked it to add a Distance field! Haven't tried it in the field yet but I'll bet it works. I don't know what caused STRAVA to be installed on my watch, but I did not not do so intentionally.
