In the water we also do cykling, cross step, trampoline, and lifting weight, stomac bend, “push ups” and more - so it is also a little strength??
But my best guess is also cardio program, though I think it might lack the strength part. On ground there is so many specific options…
Use whatever fits your needs for the available screens and graphs in Garmin Connect. From the point of view of he health & fitness metrics like HR, Calories, Training Effect, Training Load, etc, it is completely unimportant which activity you use for the logging - there is no difference.
