Aqua fitness?

I do some aqua fitness and don’t know how to track it, it is not Svømning, but exercises in water. 
I have an vivoactive 5

    In the water we also do cykling, cross step, trampoline, and lifting weight, stomac bend, “push ups” and more - so it is also a little strength??

    But my best guess is also cardio program, though I think it might lack the strength part. On ground there is so many specific options…

  • Use whatever fits your needs for the available screens and graphs in Garmin Connect. From the point of view of he health & fitness metrics like HR, Calories, Training Effect, Training Load, etc, it is completely unimportant which activity you use for the logging - there is no difference.
