When I look at my 7 day training load the graph shows low activity, right at the bottom of the green stripe, and quotes my 7 day load as 498. Three separate activities undertaken yesterday look a if they've been allocated separate days. If I add up the training loads for the most recent 7 days, including today, I get 998. What's going on?
