Recently I've had some issues with my polar chest strap which I wear in the morning to check my hrv, pairing with my watch running a third party app (testHRV).
The trouble is it has malfunctioned a couple of times, adding crazy spikes to my heart rate. And even though I delete the activity from my watch the spikes still stay there on the daily graph, making all my heart rate data skewed.
Is there no way to manually delete our correct data? Or is making me wary of connecting my chest strap.
