Since yesterday my live heart rate not shown in GC!

Hello,

Connect and instinct 2x Solar heart rate issue.

No live heart rate is shown in the circle of GC. But In details in GC hr is shown in the graph. I have already rebooted my mobile phone nothing. On the instinct HR is shown normally. Happy Easter to all.

Is the watch connected to the app (green dot at the watch icon at the top)? If not, then it looks like you phone shut down the GPS connection. Verify the battery saving option in Android settings for the Connect app. More tips are available here: Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide
