1030 plus not synching workouts onto strava but my watch does

My fenix 7 syncs all my workouts onto strava but my 1030 plus doesn't. It's connected and strava is connected to garmin connect. When I try to upload my rides manually from my 1030 it's say upload failed. Ive logged in and out, switched everything on then back on but nothing from my 1030 syncs over to strava. Ive done a few long rides and not used my watch just my garmin and now they wont show on strava. Any ideas as how to get my 1030 and strava to link as I'm stumped?

Is everything syncing to Garmin Connect?

The Edge is not syncing to Strava. It only syncs to Garmin Connect. Then Strava will fetch the files from Connect. So, as long as the activities are in Connect it should work... unless there is something wrong with the uploaded files.
