My new HRM Pro Plus does not sync for 3 days now.

I bought a HRM Pro Plus a couple of weeks ago and it's properly connecting to the app until last Tuesday afternoon. Then in the evening, no data is being transmitted to the app. 3 days have passed and it still isn't working. It will connect for a while, but it seems that it does not complete syncing. 

Tried to connect it in another phone,  but got the same issue.

  • Does the strap connect to a Garmin device or another phone app? For example the Strava app can read HR from HRM-Pro. If nothing connects, then I'd try replacing the battery, in case you bought a strap with depleted battery. If it does not help, reach out to the Product Support.
