Editing glance folders doesn't work

I had enough of the too many glances so I tried to add folders from Garmin connect. However it's a big mess.

I added a folder and chose which glances I want to in it, saved it, but it doesn't get synced to the watch. I even restarted the watch. Nothing changed.

I did this. Then synced. I was able to create a folder containing glance items.
