Venu 3s will stop randomly recieving texts. Any help much appreciated as driving me insane ! Thank you

I'll receive texts on my Garmin venu 3s then it will suddenly stop showing texts / recieving them. 

I've tried everything, even restarted the watch and been through all permissions. 

Any help would be much appreciated!!
