Notifications scroll down limitations

I'm building an app which sends my phone notifications with English words and their definition and a few usage examples. As a result, I'm receiving those messages to the watch and reading it throughout the day. Sometimes, the messages are too long and I can't read it all because of the scroll down limitation. Is there a way to change that? I didn't find anything relevant in settings.

I am not aware of any scrolling limitation. At least on my own watch I never experienced that I could not scroll to the end of the notification body, though you did not mention which watch model you use, so perhaps there could be some limitation on old models.

I think that more probable is, that your notifications rather hit the limit set in Android. It may differ from version to version, and also there may be different limits at different brands of phones, but a brief lookup reveals that generally there is the limit of 65 character in the title, and 240 characters in the body. Also, emojis and foreign UTF8 multi-byte characters may significantly reduce the number of available characters.
